How to Overclock a Ryzen 5 2600x?
Just take your time and adjust one setting at a time.
Don't worry if you need to reset the CMOS several times during the OC process.
I found myself clearing the CMOS more often than I'd like to admit when working with my 2600 and RAM.
Yes, this process is frequently needed when updating the system.
Disconnect the PC from the power source.
After that, hold the Power Button for a minimum of 30 seconds.
With a flat-headed screwdriver, touch both jumper pins of the CLR CMOS (CLRTC) to short them for at least 15 seconds.
The location of the CLRTC jumper is available on page 1-2 here:

Press the Power Button to power it up.
Tap the DEL key repeatedly.
A screen will appear instructing you to press the F1 key, then do so.
Adjust the Optimized Default settings and click OK (found in the EXIT tab).
Save and exit the BIOS.
Enter the BIOS again by pressing the DEL key, modify any desired settings, save and exit once more.
Just take out the CMOS battery and put it back once a few seconds have passed.
You may also utilize a pen or pencil along with paper to jot down those Steps.
Good morning, Guy's
Noticing your mention of the phone capturing a screenshot of DMAN999 instructions, it should appear in your gallery.
The 2600x setting should work fine at 4ghz.
Follow DMAN999’s advice and test along the way, then perform overnight testing for final checks when you’re confident.
On the larger board model, the x470 and my 2600x achieved 4.125ghz at 1.35625v.
Setting was around 1.10.
I believe the level was 3 on the LLC side.
Don’t use my settings—just provided them to give you a comparison, since each board and CPU has its own traits.
