Certainly attempt reducing the voltage progressively during stability checks. Including an LLC level 3 might assist in achieving the desired range of 1.35 to 1.37V.

Sorry what is an LLC? Also got my 2600x to 4200 Mhz at 1.475 volts to achieve 8311 on Cinebench 23. By the way, does such overclocking harm the CPU?
