Check if running the Ryzen 5 2600X at 4.0 GHz with the B450-F and MWE 750 Gold PSU is safe.

OC in your BIOS. There are some solid Ryzen (Zen+) OC resources available online, use them. I wouldn't do OC with Ryzen Master or any other Windows tool. Also read this: CPU overclocking guide and tutorial for beginners Covering the basics. If you came across this, it's probably because you're seeking help with basic overclocking. Or maybe you're an experienced overclocker curious about new perspectives I might have missed. Be sure, I don't. This is just meant... forums.

I understand CountMike's perspective.
My setup includes a 2600 OC'd to 4 Ghz on an Asus ROG Strix B450-F, paired with an Arctic 33 eSports Edition cooler and a mesh front case that provides strong airflow and cooling.
As long as you install a quality aftermarket cooler and maintain good case ventilation, temperatures should stay under control.

I will use the MA620P, a dual fan cooler, along with a case that features a mesh front panel and already has three built-in fans. The room temperature is approximately 20°C.

I was concerned about the PSU, is it sufficient for the OC?
It has an 80+ gold rating and 230V, along with a quiet 120mm fan, but I’d like your thoughts.

The situation seems acceptable, ambient or room temperature is ideal.
The Cooler Master MA620P appears to be in good shape and should function properly.
The Cooler Master MWE 750 Gold seems like a reasonably solid PSU and will likely work well even with the CPU at higher temperatures.
I recommend proceeding.
Just take your time and verify stability during testing.
I spent several hours daily over a week adjusting and checking stability for my 2600 and RAM on that system.

And one concern I had was about the Ryzen, since I've seen many complaints on the RPM about it. What should I choose for my OC?

I just want to hope it goes smoothly since I'm feeling a bit anxious right now...
