If this stems from a broader issue, I'd expect similar problems with other activities. For instance, it only appears during gaming sessions. Closing the game and doing other tasks works fine.

I’d definitely consider your older RAM... 3000 MHz is quite fast, but I’m worried about any heat problems.

The RAM operates at 2133Mhz, not 3000Mhz. Every module functions at this frequency.

The performance numbers show a high score with stable frame rates. The OSD displays details like graphics speed and memory usage. Your RAM setup uses four 8GB sticks, matching the G Skill Ripjaws 3000 kit. The 3600MHz figure likely refers to the actual RAM speed, not just the kit's maximum. Confirming this helps clarify your system configuration.

Perform an Intel diagnostic check to verify your CPU is functioning correctly after installing a new one. If successful, attempt to install your previous RAM. Performance impact should remain minimal. Absence of frame drops indicates the problem lies elsewhere.

Sure, I'll proceed. I'll do that and share the outcomes later.

I gave it a shot. It improved slightly with clearer audio and fewer stutters, though it remained quite poor. Eventually, after a few minutes, it returned to the worse audio and video issues.

The report indicated a higher speed than expected, so it’s possible your GPU isn’t handling the required MHz efficiently. This could affect performance.
