The gameplay is incredibly unstable—it’s practically unplayable. The game consistently freezes, experiences sudden delays, and has a frustrating number of interruptions.
The game Forza Horizon 3 presented me with issues, even with it running, I managed to get somewhat playable performance. However, the lagging was incredibly severe, and my graphics card’s temperature reached 83 degrees Celsius while I was playing. My GPU clock speed was 1809 MHz, my memory clock speed was 3504 MHz, and the voltage setting was 0V.
The MSI Afterburner application would similarly offer this capability. It allows you to display the temperatures and clock speeds of both your graphics card and central processing unit simultaneously.
For the CPU, it’s anticipated to reach a frequency range of 3.4GHz to 3.8GHz. (The extent to which core usage affects performance in games like Forza or your personal gaming preferences is unknown.)
3.4GHz would occur when all eight cores are operating, and 3.6GHz would be achieved with just two cores active. 3.8GHz is possible if only a single core is being utilized.
At idle, you should observe speeds of 2.8GHz or less – a condition that shouldn’t occur during gaming or any other form of activity. If you detect speeds below 2.8GHz while playing games, it could potentially indicate a problem with your CPU.
