I received the motherboard along with the CPU, meaning everything is brand new.

Your RAM modules are designed to handle a specific speed range. Could you confirm the exact MHz they support?

Later on, still struggling to locate a solution. AMD support seems ineffective and doesn’t help at all. I’ve come to think AMD is a poor choice since my first PC built with an AMD FX CPU in 2014 kept having stability problems due to the unreliable chip. Switching to Intel resolved everything perfectly. By late 2021, I decided back to AMD because rumors said they were improving now, but I’m still facing constant issues. I regret buying an AMD CPU and never purchasing anything from them again. They seem unresponsive to many complaints, and people just ignore the problems. Intel is clearly the better option based on my experience.

It's the RAM. The root cause of your issues. Your AMD setup performs just like an Intel one—just point that out.

The problem isn't with the RAM at all. I've noticed many users facing the same issue with the 5800X. All the AMD systems I've worked on have had issues, while my Intel systems have never encountered any problems.

Typically, AMD horror or dislike stories come up with Corsair RAM, but I struggle to accept it. As someone who prefers Intel, I’m surprised since I recently had some AMD gear. No worries!

I'm really frustrated because AMD support seems completely ineffective. I've only had positive experiences with Intel before, and now it feels like nobody cares about my issues online. It's annoying when people with the same problem don't get any help.

It seems like you're dealing with some technical issues. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot. What exactly are you trying to achieve? Are you looking for advice on how to proceed or testing different settings? Let me know more details!
