Oh yeah - Ryzen and Corsair, esp the Vengeance line have compatability problems at times. And it's not confined to just 5800x chips, it's all over the place. I can't begin to put a number to all the threads about such issues with systems having Ryzen being ran with Corsair sticks and it seems the Vengeance line is by far the worst. They work fine in Intel setups but the IC's in the sticks for some reason don't like Ryzen based setups. I'm also curious at to what tweaks you may be using, AMD's do not tweak like Intel's do and things are different between them related to what they need to work properly. So - If you can let's see what settings you are using in the BIOS and go from there. I'm saying here don't let the issue beat you, beat it instead and maybe we'll all learn some things along the way. BTW I too have had no problems with AMD or Intel and currently running a Maximus IX Apex with a 7700K as my daily.
I set up the same configuration as yours until recently—roughly 5800x, X570-E, and four 8GB cards with Corsair LPX at 3200mhz. Previously, I ran Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro using the same specs, but recently switched to Gskill 4x8GB after a good deal. My system has never had any problems in the past two years, so you might want to check another place for the issue. Since your RAM is confirmed working, it could be that the new motherboard or CPU needs an RMA, though I think this isn’t likely. It’s a bit unusual, but if I were you, I’d reset everything and reinstall Windows. Did you install a brand-new OS during your upgrade?

It doesn't handle running all four at 3200; you need to lower it to 3000 for stability even though these chips (G. Skill Flares) support 3200. Your setup uses an Asus board, while mine is an ASSRock one—difference there—but I'll say my RAM performance won't exceed mine regardless.
