if it's stable then you're lucky, but 15 minutes is just a basic check. a proper test should take 4 to 8 hours.
Max suggested a Vcore of 1.3 for the 4th generation CPUs... I plan to run several artificial tests to check stability.
if it reaches 1.5 volts you're likely to face heat problems and instability, right? unless you have enough voltage to handle it, it shouldn't happen.
