If the voltage you demonstrated is under load, whether in the game or otherwise, and the temperatures match your expectations, there should be no immediate issues. However, setting the voltage to manual might cause it to idle warm. So, 1.5 showing isn't a voltage then and 35 idle with just chrome open.

The 1.5 has a 'cpu power' suffix after the number, and when it's in volts it becomes 'cpu voltage' with a 'v' at the end. This is just basic information—please read the OC guide.
