Selecting Mount EFI Partition places the Config.plist on the mounted desktop drive. Double-click it inside the drive to launch it automatically in Clover. During setup, remember to save it to Documents, Downloads, or another accessible location for future access.

I would just reinstall and follow the TonyMac guide from scratch again. Also, a quick question: is your BIOS configured for EFI operating systems? If not, enable EFI installs in your BIOS and reinstall. Clover really likes that approach. You might also consider using Unibeast if you don’t need to inject special kexts into Clover. The Clover way is clearly the superior method, though Unibeast could simplify things a lot.
