@Stargaze Obama, remove the picture linked to your public IP address. You’re not in a busy wireless area and your channels are spaced out. If the highest network is yours, it looks like you haven’t rebooted it in 11 days. Try restarting the modem. Also, please answer the question about your network equipment.

While we're waiting on you to reboot the ISP's modem/gateway and get back to us on the exact make/model of your network devices, I've reviewed some things. It seems that your ISP's device supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands (the SSIDs have the same name of NOWTVTSQMD on channels 11 and 36 respectively), but you're connecting to the 2.4GHz band using a wireless-N adapter. Two more things to do... In addition to locating the information above, please determine the make/model of your computer's WiFi adapter. Can be found in 'Network & Internet Settings' in Windows 10. Is your WiFi adapter located in a desktop or laptop? USB or PCIe? Differentiate the SSID names for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals so your devices don't end up jumping between the two. For example, NOWTVTSQMD and NOWTVTSQMD-5G. Place older/slower devices on the 2G SSID, whereas newer/faster devices like phones/computers/tablets can go on the 5G SSID. In your modem/gateway's wireless setup, change the broadcast channel to channel 1 (so it's far away from TALKTALK4EDA12), ensure that security/encryption is set to WPA2-PSK-AES and experiment with expanding your channel width on the 2.4GHz band to 40MHz if that is available. Similarly, ensure the same security/encryption on the 5GHz band and experiment with higher channel widths like 80MHz or 160MHz if available. You don't seem to have any neighbours with WiFi to cause interference so you can expand on the widths.

I employ a variety of gadgets including a 2016 pixel Custom PC with specific hardware specs, a laptop from Acer, a PS4 and Xbox 360, and an Asus X55M. My home network uses Ethernet connections, while my PC and laptop rely on WiFi with Intel Centrino. My wireless device also connects to the same network. There are many devices connected, such as phones, tablets, and a shared PC. I’m new to WiFi setups, so could you help me figure out the best way to manage this or point me to useful resources?
