No one has come close to a better clock.
I just raised my cvolts to 1.566 after a crash while resting.
Warning: This isn't advised for your CPU or motherboard.

Jayz2cents offers a solid selection of videos about water cooling.
PCPARTPICKER serves well as a starting point for locating a case, likely requiring a front DVD depending on your liquid cooling preferences.
But I’d steer clear of multi-GPU setups and it seems the radiator size you’re considering might be too large for your needs. A single 120mm unit is more than sufficient for a GTX1080Ti, especially since hybrid models typically run around 50°C in normal room conditions.
A modern CPU also doesn’t require a bulky 360mm radiator.
I’ve seen the Terry Crew PC build (it’s quite extensive in terms of components but impressive overall).
You can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDZNXRAtXs0
And as mentioned earlier, GSYNC is ideal for high-end builds with a single GTX1080Ti.

These temperatures are expected to rise significantly! Have you thought about upgrading the CPU? Considering the high overclocking demands, performance could become a concern.

This is my upcoming project.

It seems a bit more sensible.
And yes, the temperatures are extreme. I'm thinking about how I'll handle my eggs when I start P95.
And it benched...

Lol.
😛
What about your budget for the new build? Are you working on editing or rendering, or something else?
I’ll make some tweaks.
Every day I focus more on performance than appearance—I’ve got an RGB strip and RAM in my setup, but it just starts to look a bit cheap after a while. Honestly, I’m a bit sorry about that.
😛
Custom cables are essential for high-end rigs—they really give the system character.
Noctua’s industrial range is also quite loud, and with so many fans already, having two intakes and one exhaust is a huge plus.

Oh, and I think you might have forgotten to mention the whole ekg water kit… 1 360 rad and a 120 rad.

Need a 4K monitor as well; the Samsung 23.6-inch model with synchronization works perfectly.

Your build has a few problems. For example, the motherboard isn't suitable for overclocking. Given the budget, I’d prefer an i7-7700K instead of the i5-7600K since the latter is starting to lag behind. I’d also think about using an AMD RYZEN setup with the R5-1600 (a 6C/12T, around $220 USD for the CPU). There are many good reviews comparing it to the i5-7600K. There’s a lot of confusion around Ryzen—there are some issues to resolve (BIOS updates, Windows patches, and future games will be better optimized). But overall, it has slightly slower cores for the same price, yet it offers more cores, making it more future-proof.
You can check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wYLmdHfFRg&t=37s
(If you can’t watch the whole one, at least watch the ending. Many others agree with the conclusion, including me)
In fact, at 2560x1440 resolution, the gap between the i5-7600K and R5-1600 is usually small, and could even be smoother (less stutter) on the Ryzen platform.

Yes, you're definitely committed to an EK configuration. If not, I can provide you with a 1080Ti SLI setup. Also, unless you need rendering or editing on an i7, that would be the superior option.

I'm planning to set up a build and here are my quick thoughts:
1) Expecting the R5-1600 Ryzen processor probably.
2) Monitor choice: should be a 4K, 23.6" display? (Budget will decide, but a 2560x1440, GSYNC, 144Hz model seems ideal.)
3) Memory: 16GB DDR4 is recommended, not 8GB.
Let's see what fits within the budget... (prices in USD assumed?)
