You're looking to cool the graphics card with liquid cooling? Clarify your setup—do you want a custom loop with a reservoir or an all-in-one AIO? Or is this specific to your current AMD configuration? Be precise about what you're aiming for.

GSYNC offers the smoothest gameplay. If you're unsure, consider further research. The ideal setup includes a 144Hz monitor with GSYNC and a well-optimized PC, allowing games to run at 50FPS+ (varies by title).

In GSYNC mode, you avoid the lag VSYNC introduces. Even if you cap the game at 60FPS, it provides a much smoother experience.

4K GSYNC isn't recommended. Beyond 60FPS, it stops functioning effectively. A 144Hz panel is better for maintaining GSYNC even at higher frame rates, and lower resolutions aren't a major concern (though 4K scaling can be tricky).

*RYZEN BUILD?
I mentioned it, but if MINI-ITX is the desired goal it's currently not possible AFAIK. Unless he wants a larger, ATX build there's no point making a parts list.
That's why he needs to be SPECIFIC about what he wants (or doesn't want).
*and the AOC monitor linked above doesn't have many user comments. Hard to tell if it has issues or not, especially if it's new and there may be initial build issues to sort out. I'd probably go with the ACER I linked which has been around for a while.
RYZEN needs at least 3000MHz DDR4 especialy with an R7-1700. INTEL doesn't need as fast of memory, but if you research you'll see they recommend a COMPATIBLE 3000MHz or higher kit. (though you may need to clock it lower until BIOS issues are sorted out)
I don't like the FOUNDERS GTX1080Ti as it's too noisy. Asus and similar coolers are quieter.
Anyway, good luck.

photonboy :
You're asking about cooling the graphics card? Are you planning a custom loop with a reservoir or an AIO unit? Or is this specific to your current AMD configuration? You need to clearly define what you're after.
GSYNC offers the smoothest gameplay. If you're unsure, consider further research. The ideal setup would be a 144Hz, GSYNC monitor paired with a solid PC, running games at 50 FPS or higher (depending on the title).
In GSYNC mode, you avoid the extra lag VSYNC introduces. Even if you cap the game at 60 FPS in GSYNC, it provides a much better experience.
4K GSYNC isn't recommended. Beyond 60 FPS, it stops functioning well. A 144Hz panel is better for maintaining GSYNC even at higher frame rates, and lower resolutions aren't too problematic (though 4K can have scaling issues).
I'm trying to build a custom water loop system under 3k, but I found the mini setup to be quite intriguing.

The founders edition would be water cooled.
What i need is a case that supports a super thick 360 rad and a 120 rad
