Ready to assist. Think about marking my summary as the answer so others facing similar issues can locate it quickly. Just give the tick. It's a good thing this hardware is being offered soon, and the board plus Xeon will be available at @will0hlep once I confirm the new EPYC setup functions properly.

Sure, I've been searching online for a week trying to find solutions. Luckily, I reached out here.

You didn’t manage to test the 32GB unbuffered sticks, did you? Yet you’ve verified that a 32GB registered memory is functional even on a 5th generation i7. If that holds true, I’m still uncertain whether 32GB unbuffered will fit this board, but if @Hawkk.tkr attempts it, they should share their feedback.

Registered RAM is still more affordable, which makes sense for this situation. However, I don’t have the 64GB modules anymore—I was just checking them out for a friend who tested consumer DIMMs and the RDIMMs shown in the photo. In theory, if RDIMMs and standard consumer DIMMs function properly, unbuffered 32GB DIMMs should also work. But I don’t have any to test myself with.
