It's better to aim for 60-100 frames per second rather than 38-60, as the first option guarantees a minimum of 60 stable FPS. With the other choice, your FPS can vary within 38-60, which is even less reliable. How did you manage that? I have a 144Hz display and usually get around 120 FPS in ultra settings, but I'd like to take full advantage of the 144Hz.
