It seems you're referring to a Steam profile that hasn't been viewed. Let me know how I can assist!

It grants the game full access to all cores. It seems like a power-saving feature that stays enabled even when the system is set to high performance mode.

My whole gaming experience has shifted dramatically... I'm logging scores with 1200+SPM and a KDR over 3... I wish I'd understood sooner.

Also, the game runs at 75Hz instead of 60, which makes Vsync beneficial.

The core parking problem hasn't been resolved by Microsoft anymore. Additionally, MSAA and HBAO aren't related to the CPU; they focus on the GPU. The changes you mention seem more like a placebo or a driver update.

Windows 7 remains Windows 7, and I’m aware of HBAO and MSAA impacting the GPU. I had to reduce settings due to performance issues before, with drivers staying the same. The issue originated directly from the core unpark app.

Windows 7 remains Windows 7. I’m familiar with HBAO and MSAA affecting the GPU, but I had to adjust settings due to performance issues before. The drivers haven’t changed. This issue started directly in the core unpark app. How does the performance shift from 38-60 to 60-100 affect you?
