Is your router linked to a modem? According to @Kilrah, you should switch it to bridge mode. Also, it looks like you're using CGNAT.

Seems to be a router indeed. You'll need to describe your setup more fully, what's connected to what and what are the IPs of all your local devices.

Your computer is linked to the network at 192.168.254.102 (LAN 1), while your computer is connected via the default Wi-Fi from the ISP's modem router at 192.168.254.101.

It looks like the LAN is flickering, so yes, getting a switch and a separate router might help resolve the issue.

You don't have to switch unless your router lacks ports. A backup option is to use an older model. For testing, if you reset the network to 192.168.1.X, would it function? You'll also need to update the IP address for your FTP server.
