Identify two issues: 1. GPU struggles with gaming, achieving less than 30 FPS. 2. Ethernet speed limited to 90 Mbps. Troubleshooting steps: 1. Updating the latest driver via GeForce Experience leads to crashes or shutdowns followed by restart. Using older drivers from Nvidia yields similar performance problems. 2. Swapping components like MB, CPU, PSU, BIOS update, and testing RAM in different slots. A separate build tested GPU and SSD successfully. 3. Control center installs MB drivers. Specifications: Zotac RTX 4060 AMD R7 7700X GIGABYTE A620I AX SN850X CP2K16G56C46U5

I recently installed a Windows 11 setup disk using a tool on a USB drive. I’ve also had to restart Windows 11 several times before. Right now, I’m reinstalling the tool to confirm it’s not damaged.

Are you checking if the network connection you're using meets a minimum speed of 1Gb on another machine? Which game and configuration are involved? What display and cable are being utilized? Were these connections tested with GPU in another system? What temperatures do the CPU and GPU report during gameplay? Which USB and PCI-E peripherals are also linked to the device? Are there any entries in Device Manager that show no associated drivers?

1. On a different setup it exceeds 90 Mbps significantly; target should be near 400 Mbps.
2. Minimum configurations in Overwatch 2 and The Forest. Even low performance appears on the menu screen.
3. XV272U W2bmiiprx. Displayport. Both units were evaluated on another machine.
4. Standard operation.
5. Only mouse and keyboard needed. Device manager fails without drivers after installing via GIGABYTE control panel which handles everything automatically.

It seems you've already addressed the fundamentals. A clean Windows installation can be a straightforward solution if issues arise. Reviewing the Event Viewer and system logs around the moments before the crash may reveal additional details about the problem. What specific errors were recorded?

Check the storage device currently used. Verify if the games and operating system reside on the same drive. Review the SMART status indicators to ensure they are within normal ranges.

The new setup is complete and the outcome stays the same. I wasn’t sure how to handle the data shown in the event viewer. Installing the newest GPU driver might trigger a crash, so I’ll recheck it later. I recall an event 41 error right away.

It's an SN850X M.2 NVMe storage. All these drives are part of the same unit. I don't know much about SMART metrics, but I'll check that out.

You're right to consider the hard drive as a potential bottleneck, even though it seems unlikely. Running diagnostics on it or trying a different drive could be useful. Tools like CrystaldiskInfo or WD Dashboard might show what's going on. It's possible that simply re-seating the NVMe drive would help, especially if you've already swapped the motherboard.
