Hi there, I faced some issues with my PC after reinstalling Windows. Now I’m experiencing lag or visual glitches when moving or resizing windows. It’s a serious problem and I’m really struggling to figure it out. My specs are: i7 2600K, 2GB GPU, 16GB RAM, 750W PSU, 250GB SSD, Samsung 840, HDD WD 1TB. OS is running on this machine. I’m hoping someone can assist me, even though I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help if you have any advice. Thank you.

It indicates CPU utilization stays between 5-15% with 4.9 GB RAM used out of 16 GB GPU in use. The system reports 300 MHz GPU clock, 150 MHz memory clock, 40°C temperature, and 29% fan speed.

I've attempted to refresh everything, and the system confirms it's all current.
