Your motherboard is compatible with the CPU, but it has a fragile VRM which could risk overvolting the processor. Does your CPU temperature noticeably decrease when you leave the case closed?
Direct the airflow toward the VRM on the motherboard (the squares on the left of the CPU toward the back of the case) and observe the results.
