While it does seem a bit on the high-ish side, I do think that it is not critical. Run that stress test for at least 10 minutes, if the temps stay that way I wouldn't worry about it too much.

My machine runs on an R5 5600X but struggles to hit the desired temperature even with strong overclocking. I also have an air cooler in place.
