I don't understand what happened. I just installed CSGO and wanted to play, but I experienced poor ping. A speed test showed only 60mbps, whereas previously it was over 200mbps when connected via Wi-Fi. I tried connecting it to Ethernet, which brought the speed back up to 200mbps+, then tested on my phone and got similar results. The same happened with Wi-Fi. Running it on live Linux also gave me 30-60mbps with Ethernet.

standard performance for single-band Wi-Fi, particularly when away from the router, consider using a PCIe Wi-Fi card that supports Wi-Fi 6. If those are costly, opt for budget-friendly Wi-Fi 5 (also known as dual-band AC) options.
