Max configurations were used, and I actually tested it at 3840x2160 using Nvidia DSR, with only a slight drop in frame rate because of the CPU bottleneck. Video parameters usually don’t impact CPU usage in most games, as the CPU isn’t rendering pixels. Lowering settings would ease the card’s workload, but I believe the game is still processing traffic for vehicles and people, which likely consumes the most CPU power.
