Are you using FSR/DLSS in performance mode? That can sometimes cause blurring or a hazy look. The upscaling features only really help when converting from 720p down to 1080p.

Stay concentrated, the image remains unclear. Quality mode is active, DLSS turned off, and everything appears grainy and blurry across all games.

The core issue stems from a loss of clarity or sharpness in the software outputs.

The images appear normal, but might look blurry due to using a different display resolution than your monitor. A damaged monitor cable could also be the issue.

I repeated the PC setup several times, changed BIOS settings and updated the BIOS, but it still doesn’t work.

Sure, giving it another cable could work. However, you might want to play Witcher at high settings first, then adjust a few settings. The updated graphics version from a couple of months ago looks great, but the lighting can be a bit tricky sometimes. Also, turn off motion blur—it usually causes issues and isn’t needed much these days.

I had three cables and two monitors, but nothing improved and my monitor remains at 1080P with 144Hz and 1ms refresh rate.
