I'll test it with both the iGPU and the spare GPU.

I recommend purchasing a 40-dollar SSD and installing your games on it to check if it resolves the issue. The issues you're facing are quite similar to what I encountered before SSDs were released, sometimes mechanical drives exhibit unusual behavior over time.

I've attempted to insert the DVI cable into the motherboard, but the monitor still displays a black screen even after connection. This suggests a possible faulty motherboard. The red light on the solid CPU likely indicates a related issue as well.

You're asking if there are concrete metrics for FPS or just subjective impressions. Providing real performance data can clearly show problems.

That happened when I switched to a lower-end GPU. As I mentioned earlier, it's the gameplay experience. It gets choppy when I turn around and the mouse doesn't move smoothly—even though the frame rate is high. Here’s a video with a similar issue: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MUD_opuWGbE

Are you sure you're not testing with Chrome running? Until recently, this app consumed a lot of memory and kept it active even after closing many tabs. It could strain a system with 16GB RAM if you let it run a bit longer. Recent updates seem to have addressed the issue, but I don’t know how quickly it would handle 8GB.

Your frame rate aligns with your refresh rate, yet performance feels choppy. Also, smoothness drops when moving windows or scrolling. Likely a hardware issue.

I also achieved high FPS but experienced lag at 75Hz. After trying all possible fixes, the issue remains. It seems I was overly focused on smoothness rather than performance. Switching to 60Hz made it feel sluggish, and going back to 75Hz improved responsiveness. It might be that you're not considering game stability anymore, which resolved the problem. This also applies when playing on Windows 11. Does that make sense?
