My processor is performing significantly below expectations, though the cause remains unclear. I’ll share more information with photos. Photo 1 shows the latest benchmark, and Photo 2 reflects the one from a month ago (I changed the power supply recently—could be related?). If you can assist, just keep it simple since I’m not familiar with the technical details. Thanks ahead!
The numbers indicate the average boost values from two photos, showing performance differences. It suggests the first photo captures a higher boost (4.9Ghz) compared to the second (4.25Ghz). This could mean the image quality or conditions were better in the first shot. In Windows Power Options and BIOS, check for stability, update drivers, enable advanced settings, and ensure hardware compatibility for optimal performance.

PC was running in power-saving mode (not sure why).
Temperature checks? You might need a program.
Fixed multiplier? Not clear—how can you adjust it?
User Benchmark is essentially worthless and should be avoided. It's been talked about on this forum before. For actual performance checks, try 3DMark or similar CPU tests. If you're on a budget, use geekbench or cinebench instead. Keep in mind that all these tests have their own biases, so it's smart to compare with different ones, sample sizes, and setups.
