My processor is performing significantly below expectations, though the cause remains unclear. I’ll share more information with photos. User Benchmark is essentially worthless and should be avoided. It's been talked about on this forum before. For actual performance checks, try 3DMark or similar CPU tests. If you're on a budget, use geekbench or cinebench instead. Keep in mind that all these tests have their own biases, so it's smart to compare with different ones, sample sizes, and setups.

HWinfo64 shows a section for temperatures, scroll until reaching CPU temps, then search for "TJ max"
