Upgrade your GPU only; the RX590 isn’t particularly powerful when contrasted with modern options. Consider models such as the 6750XT or 6700XT for better performance and better value.

My dad has been improving my computer. I mentioned how cheap AMD parts are, but he keeps saying they’re not good. I think I’ll have to wait until he picks a time to buy a Nvidia card.

He mentions certain cards as poor choices. The estimated value you're likely targeting falls within a reasonable range. If he's against NVIDIA and prefers better value, that could be a good angle.

Thanks for the update. I’ve fixed my whole PC and reinstalled everything, and it’s now running smoothly. The 4070ti I just received from my uncle in Taiwan is a great deal—most tech advice has been helpful, but I’m still thankful I got it for free. I’m curious though, will the performance of the 4070ti improve over time with driver updates?
