None of this works. The GPU wouldn’t handle the game well, and the CPU likely wouldn’t be at full capacity either.

Your CPU isn't performing well, yet it's at full capacity. Boost the resolution and graphics settings to their limits. Make sure the GPU is receiving as much processing power as possible. Eventually, you'll need a more powerful CPU if you want smooth gameplay. It's better to upgrade sooner rather than later.
