Are there any other gadgets linked? Turn off your Wi-Fi and connect just your test machine. I had to do this a few times myself, they’re struggling to reach full performance. It seems there are more than 30 devices online, and some are hogging the network bandwidth. Also check that you’re using a genuine Ethernet cable with all eight wires properly connected.
The issue is resolved; it was a device problem outside my home. Now I'm receiving full 150 MBPS download and upload speeds. Thanks everyone for your advice!
