Your connection isn't working with WiFi 6.
Your adapter is working with WiFi 6 enabled, yet your router still uses WiFi 5. Check if your router settings are correctly set to WiFi 6 and ensure there are no conflicts or interference issues. Also verify that your device supports and prioritizes the correct network type.
Your router supports Wi-Fi 6 only on the 5 GHz frequency. To access the extra 6 GHz band, you need 6E. You don’t have to use the 6 GHz band to achieve Wi-Fi 6 performance. To confirm it’s running at Wi-Fi 5, run a speed test, check your Windows network settings, or try another method.
Settings indicate otherwise but occasionally shifts to 6GHz unexpectedly
