Your computer isn't working properly. The keyboard and mouse aren't responding, and the HDMI connection is faulty. Please let me know how I can assist you further.

You try powering it up and notice if any fans start rotating. Are there any warning lights or error codes displayed on the motherboard to indicate a problem? More details would help us assist you better.

This is a pretty generic issue and will probably be hard to diagnose here. You will likely need to try many things. When did this happen and can you think of anything that could have caused it? What type of computer is this? Here are some general tips -Do a full shutdown: turn off the pc, remove the power cable to the PSU and hold the power button to fully drain the power from everything. -Try resetting the CMOS -Try reinstalling the CPU,Ram,GPU, storage drives and power cables. If any of these are faulty it can cause boot issues. -If you have a intergraded graphics try using those instead of your graphics card by plugging the HDMI into the motherboard not the GPU. -If you have any spare parts try swapping them.

Diagnostic LEDs are already indicating the problem, some have labels or color cues that match something specific. The connection can be verified in the manual or online resources for the particular motherboard brand.

I’ll attempt it, though I’m not sure what I’m dealing with. I think I can make sense of it.

Your audience is excited, which means your computer is definitely starting to activate. You should check if the LED has any labels beyond the instructions provided. It might be simpler to work with the side panel removed for better visibility and closer inspection.
