Check for any information close to the LEDs. If several labels exist, they should be marked as DRAM, CPU, VGA and BOOT.

Remove the RAM modules, extract the small battery from the lower right corner of your motherboard, and perform the power cycle method suggested by @LeapFrogMasterRace. Reinsert the battery, install just one RAM stick, and attempt to boot again.

It's a silver or black battery. It appears to be in this position. Take it out for five minutes, then reinsert it and attempt to restart the PC.
