Sorry for the oversight, I didn’t notice that. Currently the CPU temperature is around 44°C and the drive is at 52°C, so it seems temperature isn’t the problem. The Windows boot used to start quickly but now takes more than five minutes.

RST typically doesn’t interfere much, but you might want to remove it. Finding it will be tough, but it seems like a software issue. The best fix could be reinstalling Windows.
