Your computer refuses to shut down.
It's been a while since things began, and I've confirmed the Windows settings: the screen shuts off after 15 minutes, and the PC goes into sleep mode after an hour. My screen turns off, but the PC doesn't enter sleep. Have others had similar issues? Need advice!
