To launch a command prompt with admin rights, open Start, select All Programs, and choose Accessories. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator. When prompted by User Account Control, verify the requested action and press Continue.

Alternatively, from the Start menu, type 'cmd' and press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER. If asked, confirm and press Continue.
