Use a different machine to connect to your hard drive. If the alternative device can't access or open the drive correctly, it may be faulty and you should take it to a support center for a chance to recover its contents. If the drive is readable, copy all important information and reinstall Windows from the beginning.
I've faced a comparable issue before. Windows 10 can get confused with the drives. Consider changing your boot drive to another that's already installed. For me, the OS needs a drive that doesn't actually host it to start Windows. It's strange and confusing, but give it a try. My OS is on the C drive, yet I must select my E drive to boot.
