Is it running or idling? If it sounds too loud, maybe the temperature is too high. I had a similar problem and it was due to a faulty AIO. Is your unit new or does it match the older model? First things to check are if the pump operates properly—look for any vibrations or unusual noises from the waterblock. If there’s air trapped, move it gently and position the CPU cooler lower than the radiator. The best solution is to take it off, shake it slightly while it’s running, then inspect the seal, apply thermal paste correctly, and ensure everything is set right.
I tried the thermal paste I applied yesterday to check its effect and the seal. The AIO I purchased a couple of years ago. I must admit I made a mistake—CPU sometimes idles at up to 80, usually around high 60 or 70, rarely dropping below 50. Still, thanks for your advice; I’ll see if it works here and share the outcome.

Align the waterblock pipes vertically and gently rock the entire system. What was the outcome?
If you didn't want to remove it from the case, can you adjust it like that? I did the same with mine and gave it a gentle shake to release any trapped air. When it starts running, the air should move out on its own. Just be careful not to leave the processor running without a cooler for more than a few minutes.
I didn't grasp the final part. You installed the AIO head, set the PC to power on three times, and everything seems much better. You also cleaned the old thermal paste and applied fresh one, which worked really well. Right now, after running cinebench for 10 minutes, the highest temperature reached was 74°C and the average was around mid-50°C. It might have been air in the pump or the thermal paste affected it somehow.
