That’s really odd—it kept running Cinebench at low temperature but still stopped. Are you seeing RPM or LPM numbers for the waterblock in the BIOS? I’m stuck, please help me figure it out.

Are the temperatures still elevated or have they settled down? It's unclear if he's available or ready to assist, but @IkeaGnome was the one who helped me resolve the issue. I returned the old AIO, and the new one is functioning perfectly out of the box.
