When you created the clone, it might have treated the source as a 250GB storage and set the new drive to match that size. You can view the Disk Management image to check for available partitions or combine both drives. Booting from the 250GB and using the 500GB for data is an option since both are functional drives. Alternatively, you could re-clone using Samsung Data Migration Tool, as it supports Samsung storage types.

You can either right-click the unallocated section labeled "unallocated" and generate a second drive letter for the 232 GB space, or you can employ partition management tools to expand your C: drive to utilize the entire SSD capacity. I’m not sure which software exists that would handle this, but quick online searches revealed several reputable options such as AOMEI Partition Assistant, Paragon, EaseUS Partition Manager, and Acronis Disk Director. These are well-known products, not random or untested items.

You can simply "increase volume"... it’s not ideal to add another partition, especially since Windows becomes quite confused about it.

You can also utilize the Minitool partition wizard. Simply employ the "Move/Resize partition" function and adjust the C: partition to fill the remaining empty space. Any partitioning utility will suffice.
