If you run out of choices, you might still want to give it another shot. I've had to change the format of a new SSD before that worked. But honestly, you don't need to purchase a Windows USB drive—just create one using the free tool from Microsoft. It's also referred to as installing Windows without downloading it. It looks like you're just starting out with this process. Are you actually performing a CMOS reset? The small battery on your motherboard. There really isn't much else that could cause this issue.

Resetting your CMOS might affect the Windows installation on your HDD if you reinstall it. It’s best to create a fresh USB install unless you’re certain about the changes. Let me know if you need more help!

It won't. It might alter your boot sequence, but you should know how to revert it. Could you explain how you built the bootable installer? It might seem simple, but others have downloaded the ISO directly onto the bootable device and wondered why it fails to start.

I download the USB drive, wait for the process, and once finished, it contains the files.

I'm testing the new USB drive I made today. I'll update you once I know if it works.
