You've recently installed a new SSD, but downloading Windows still fails. Your previous Windows USB setup worked, yet the free downloads aren't functioning. Could you provide more details to help resolve this? Thank you!

Did you update your BIOS to use the Windows USB installer? It seems it’s attempting to boot from the SSD or HDD, but it didn’t start properly.

I switch to my USB drive and make it the top priority.

You're currently using just your SSD.

If you have a used SSD, it might require reformatting on another device. Make sure it isn’t already partitioned. Also, don’t overlook resetting the CMOS. This will also confirm whether it’s functioning properly.

Also, no other SSDs or storage devices allowed. You can add them once the system is up and running.

Begin with updating the motherboard BIOS. It's currently running the latest release, but it's nearly five years old. Recent updates have brought significant stability, compatibility, and safety enhancements in the past 19 versions.

Download a Windows installation USB for another PC. Follow the instructions to set up Windows there. For BIOS updates, refer to the official support page: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/b350-tomahawk/support. Each newer BIOS version includes fixes from all previous releases—just update to the latest.
