It seems you're referring to an ARGB connector, but your mainboard may not support it. At least I don't see one visible here.

He mentioned an ARGB connector earlier. I checked your motherboard's manual—it has an RGB header, but it's a 12V RGB header, four pins, 12V, and functions differently from ARGB. The connector you’re using is actually a 5V ARGB port. Let me know if you need more details.
