I saved under $700 and have these specs ready: CPU Intel I5 4400, $$100 used - new $150, Max Intel I5 4460 at $185, PSU EVGA 500WB for $49.99, GPU MSI GeForce GTX 980 at $260, Monitor Gigabyte H81 at $110, and a 27" 1080p display priced between $120-$140. Total comes to $630.00.
