I believe a Q6600 performs better than that weak dual-core setup.

I've owned a q8400 for the majority of its lifespan, handling media streaming for my home. It's about six years old yet performs exceptionally well thanks to the Seidon 240m cooling system.

I went all-in with an overclocked HD7950 and a 3.6GHz Q6600, and even at 1080p in high settings back in 2013, most games handled themselves pretty well—though not every title pushed the limits to their max.

It's fascinating how a legacy system like 775 continues to function effectively today.

Additionally, I test this GPU in Dying Light and Far Cry 4.
