You should be able to play the game, though I’m not certain about running everything at full power. It’s okay if you don’t need the highest settings to enjoy it. Here are the options in the game, and you don’t have to turn everything up to its maximum.

It should work just fine. I'm not sure if you'll reach 60 fps, but users suggest 45-60 fps with your card. It should be okay for the game you're playing, since it's not a shooter and doesn't require that high.
