If the player tolerates the extensive issues in Mafia 3—similar to the early days of Arkham Knight—they might be okay. The only risk is not enjoying it, in which case they can request a refund within two hours.

The question I put to you sir is this. Do you really want to run Mafia 3? The game was a shit port and from what I can gather, even a 1080 was struggling to keep it at 60fps. If you are going to get it, make sure you use steam so you can get a refund. Also, here is a video of a 6700k with a 970 running at an unlcoked framerate.
