Yes, you can modify BIOS settings.

I've been attempting to extract more performance from my old Pentium CPU in another discussion. It seems the motherboards I'm using don't support CPU voltage adjustment, and my previous overclocking method also affected RAM speed. I'm curious if it's feasible to modify the BIOS to enable CPU voltage control and proper overclocking. The motherboards are ASRock G41M-VS3 R2.0.
Many older systems allow BIOS changes. Uncertain about DDR3 models or the specific board. Begin with some investigation and study online.
@ShrimpBrime I know this is a dumb question but how do I post on the bios mods forum?
I attempted that but couldn't locate the option to share. Edit: I haven't confirmed the account yet...
The tools are listed in the first link I shared. Bios modding can be quite frustrating. A single mistake might restore the board with a functional BIOS, leading to a lot of back-and-forth. Currently, I'm working on a bios mod for an HD 5670, but it isn't going as planned. There are four different attempts, and none are working correctly. I'm still exploring this for fun. Lol. I've been doing it for two days now...
