I am both a student and a staff member within the same department at my university. If your institution offers a Dreamspark premium subscription, you receive one OEM key per operating system, which covers all major updates including server versions. One key for each developer software, these are personal keys and do not restrict systems they are installed on. One key for each application, these include various types; I assume the older office versions (the latest aren't available) are single-use keys, though I'm uncertain about the rest. There is also a code to add to the Windows Live Store without Microsoft royalties.
