I adjusted the voltage manually to 1.2, yet after restarting the system the SOC voltage reads 1.35 volts according to the export profile.

After the restart, the system will display the information as requested. 1.35V for a minute is safe and not harmful.

It's only 1.3V. It's still above the expected level for auto, but it's not a concern.
